High Speed Broadband (Post-paid) Unlimited Plans
MTNL Mumbai offers a diverse selection of High-Speed Broadband Unlimited plans, starting at a monthly fee of only Rs.600. These plans provide a minimum speed of 6 MBPS on an Asymmetric digital subscriber line (ADSL) line. As of 2022, the company’s highest-tier unlimited Internet plan is priced at Rs.2000, offering speeds ranging from 6 MBPS to 50 Megabytes per second (MBPS) on both ADSL and VDSL connections. MTNL also provides specific details regarding the Free Usage Quota (FUP) in each individual plan.
Broadband Truly Unlimited
MTNL currently offers two combo plans for Truly Unlimited broadband internet. The first combo plan costs Rs.1599 per month and provides a download speed of 8MBPS, while the second combo plan costs Rs.1799 per month and offers a download speed of 12MBPS. Both of these plans have an unlimited Fair Usage Policy (FUP) quota. The upload speed for both plans is 1 Mbps. Additionally, these combo plans include a bonus of 500 free voice calls. If these calls are made on MTNL Mumbai and Delhi networks, they are unlimited and free.

MTNL Mumbai has recently launched a cost-effective internet broadband post-paid plan named ‘DSL-330-Non-Combo plan’ specifically designed for customers with minimal usage requirements. Priced at just Rs.330 per month, this plan offers a generous monthly FUP quota of 60 GB, making it an attractive option for budget-conscious individuals. With a download speed of 6 Mbps, the plan ensures a smooth browsing experience.
However, once the FUP limit is reached, the download speed reduces to 256 kbps. Similarly, the upload speed is 768 kbps and drops to 256 kbps after FUP implementation. This plan provides an affordable solution for customers seeking a reliable internet connection without compromising on their budget.

MTNL Broadband (Prepaid) Plans
MTNL offers prepaid broadband internet plans with limited validity options of 1, 3, and 12 months. These plans provide a consistent speed of 2 Mbps and include free usage of 1.3 GB, 5 GB, 15 GB, and 25 GB respectively. To avail these plans, customers can purchase plan vouchers at MRP prices of Rs.499, Rs.1499, Rs.3999, and Rs.5999, which come with a grace period of 30 days. The connection remains active for 3 months but gets suspended thereafter.
Please note that these prepaid plans are exclusively available for existing copper infra customers and cannot be migrated from. Additionally, MTNL charges installation fees of Rs.300, Rs.1000 for a regular modem, and Rs.1700 for a wireless modem.

The monthly charges for our plans range from Rs.499 to Rs.3999, offering download and upload speeds that vary from 2 MBPS to 100 MBPS depending on the selected plan. We provide options of 30 MBPS, 50 MBPS, and 100 MBPS plans to cater to different needs and preferences.
High-Speed Fiber Advance Rental Plans
These fiber optic plans are categorized into 3 Months, 6 Months, and Yearly plans, namely Prime, Gold, and Platinum. The Quarterly service starts at Rs.2397 and offers Unlimited Data with a download speed of 30 MBPS. The maximum download speed available is 100 MBPS, as indicated in the plan chart above.
For the High-Speed Fiber broadband plans, there are various additional charges that apply, both one-time and monthly. These charges include FTTH Activation, Installation & Registration Charges, Telephone Instrument, ONT upfront Charges, Refundable Security Deposit for ISD Facility, Monthly ONT Rental Charges, Rental for Additional Wireless CPE charges for enhancing coverage, and others as specified by the provider.
In case of any faults with the FTTH Wired ONT for existing customers, the Replacement Charges are Rs.800, while for the FTTH WiFi ONT, the charges are Rs.1000.
MTNL in Mumbai also offers other broadband plans such as Casual FTTH, Casual Broadband, Plans for Judges, and Plans for Hon’ble MPs. These plans cater to special categories of users. My telephone is down from lat 3 months .It started working on 4th May 2020
hoever broad band services have still not started
My telephone (28493985) was down for the last 6 months. It has started working today. However, the Broadband is still not working.
I had opted for 600 Rs unlimited combo plan, but I am still being charged for both Triband and Landline. Triband has not been working for over 6 months now, and no effort from MTNL to repair.
