  • My Trial Expired, What do i do now, What is License ID ?
  • You need to register and get your unique License Key by providing us the unique 'License ID' that you can see on expiry OR in your Register menu option, for which you need to pay minimum one time charges. Please refer Payment Details   for payment details (or)   Register & Pay now for registration to get your 'License key'.

  • I paid and registered, But during update process it is again asking for LICENSE KEY, why ?
  • Once you paid and got your License KEY for trial version, You just need to use user/password to download full version and OVERWRITE the trial unlocked version. IMP : select YES to all options when asked. If selected NO in any option it overwrited the regsitered data with fresh one and you are asked new KEY.

  • I Lost My KEY (Handset Changes, Mobile Lost etc..) what to do ?
  • Due to any reasons if you reinstalled the software and lost the software then it will generate a new LICENSE ID which will require new key. For same we have provided you with FREE BONUS KEY, which is a free key for one FINAL time. IMP : Please download and install LATEST VERSION of MumbaiLocal timetable before proceeding, NEXT just login and get your FREE KEY.

  • I used my bonus key, But once again lost the software.
  • The Final Bonus key is one time and is an extra benefit which is not in terms, So if you lost the same the only thing possible is to repurchase the timetable. LOGIN to your account and Select 'Reset Account' to delete the account, Then register again with Fresh Payments.

  • I Getting Error While Registration / Payment 'Mobile Number Already Exist', why?
  • This means you are already our customer and (Mobile Number) is already registered with us. You need to send us a ACCOUNT RESET request email from REGISTERED EMAIL ID so that we can do the needful and then you can proceed for payments or fresh registration.

  • Is the software free to Download ?
  • Yes, You can download, install and also pass on this software to your family, friends and relatives who needs it for there daily local train travel. It has free trails for your use with all the features in it.

  • Will it work on All Mobiles?

  • How do i pay to get Software and Updates?

  • What are Update Points?
  • Once you purchase updates (Seperately or During Purchase), We calculate and keep track of your updates in terms of Update Points. For Example: If you pay us seperately Rs.60/- which is after you got your software with License Key, we convert every 15 rupees to 1 point and so for Rs.60/- you paid will add total of 4 points in your account and you can now download 4 upcoming updates.

  • I forgot Internet password (or) Need to change to new password, what to do?
    1. Contact us and ask for new password. We will send it to your mobile number with which you registered. Goto our website and use change password option to do the same.

  • Can i send 1 single cheque (group payment) for multiple mobile number in my family/friend group for getting License Key?
  • YES, Please Click Herefor simple details required.

  • What if i sent wrong 'License ID' and in return received the License key which don't work for successful registration?
  • Its a very critical mistake and cannot be excused. All your payment done towards that License ID and Mobile Number cannot be canceled. If you required to get the new proper License Key then you need to contact us and repay to get new license key. Your Balance Update Point will be as it is.

  • What for any reasons i lost the software application, will i get a new LICENSE KEY ?
  • We charge for the 'License Key' only and not software, which is one time unique key. If for some reasons like mobile lost, formated, etc.. you lost the application, you need to buy the key again.If you have update points with it they will be all the same.
