So, According to the above chart of rates in 2009, property with highest rates in Mumbai is Nariman Point with rates leading  80,000 to 90,000 per square feet, And property lowest rates is in Suburbs like Ambernath with rates (Rs.1500 to 2200). Kindly note that rates might have changed when you read this article.

Similarly, one can make out property rates in near locations of places like Nalasopara and Vasai Next to Virar as mentioned above. Others are Mira Road Properties, Dahisar next to it. Mentioned above is Kandivali, So rates at Borivali, Malad will be some what similar. Next is Vile Parle @8500 to 11000, So rates at Jogeshwari might be little be same. Andheri Differs in Property even if Vile Parle rates are mentioned rates as Locations Like Seven Bunglows, Versova and Lokhandwala, Juhu Road properties and there cost are higher than any other locations because of bollywood and lifestyle around. Property rates of Santacruz will be same between (15,000 – 35,000) as Khar listing above. Rates at bandra is likely to be higher than any of other stations around just because of Sea Link and Sea shore with a bonus of Filmstars like Shahrukh Khan (SRK) and Salman staying at carter road.

The above figures are likely to change immediately becauee property market as of 2009 is very fluctuating compared to 2006, 2007 and 2008. So watch newspapers like Midday regularly in the Hot Property section.
