Mumbai Pune Share Taxi
Currently, there are 2 main services operating between Mumbai and Pune, authorized by state transport authorities. There are over 300 share taxi rides daily between the two cities. Here are the rates per person and details of the car types.
From Dadar: The current charges per person for an AC cab is Rs.405, and for a non-AC cab is Rs.305. An additional Rs.25 per person is charged for toll fees. The cab can accommodate 4 passengers.
From Mumbai Airport: Share taxis from the airport to Pune cost Rs.380 for AC cabs and Rs.305 for non-AC cabs. Toll charges are Rs.200 (divided among all passengers), and the car used is a 6-seater Toyota Innova, which benefits both the driver and passengers.

Taxi Unions in Mumbai have suggested transport authorities to introduce more shared taxi routes in order to reduce road congestion, help commuters save on fuel and parking, and cover locations in Mumbai South and Western Suburbs. We will provide updates on this section once the routes are up and running.

- From Crawford Market Near CST/Marine Lines Market Area to Churchgate Railway Station.
- To and From Churchgate Station and St George Hospital via Fort Flora Fountain.
- To and From Kalbadevi Market Location and CST Station.
- To and From Grant Road Station and Walkeshwar (Malabar Hill Area and Around) and Back.
- To and From Grant Road Station and Null Bazar/Gulalwadi Area.
- To and From Charni Road Station to CP Tank Junction which is near Bhuleshwar.
Western Suburbs Share Taxi
- From and To Andheri East Station and Sher-e-Punjab Colony (East).
- From and To Andheri East Station and MIDC & SEEPZ IT Sector location (East).
- From and To Kandivali Charkop and Railway Station (West).
