Where is BKC located ?
BKC is Well connected and is a commercial location with nearest railway station being Bandra With the wide flowing Mahim Creek (Famous Mithi River) along side. This Commercial hub is also connected to Kurla (Central Suburban) on other side.

The start up of BKC in 2009 was answer to the space crunch and high rentals with lesser amenities at the prime commercial business district like Nariman Point & Ballard estate in Mumbai. Initial years saw the interest of few financial giants, banks and stock exchanges like NSE at BKC.

Lucky were few of the old home owners residing aside the stinky mahim creek before the boost of BKC who became millionaire.
An extra note for those looking out for cheaper rentals around Eastern suburban locations like Thane. The rentals at Thane commercial locations are still lower with sharing of 35% of market share on rentals. Few interior yet not far locations also observes the rentals as cheap as Rs.50 to Rs. 80 Per Square feet. How to Reach BKC
By Train : Nearest Station Being Bandra in western railway route and same also being a terminus, People coming from long distance can get down directly here or at Dadar station which is not very far.
By Road : Western Express Highway (Mumbai Ahmedabad Highway) is what to keep note of. Upon reaching Bandra take LEFT and soon you will see the Huge board of Bandra Kurla Complex entrance as shown in above picture.
From Airport : Distance from Mumbai International Airport to Bandra is 11.5 km which will hardly take 15 minutes in private cab.
