I am senior citizen, age 65, of Mumbai, Dadar Parsi colony.
I daily travel in Harbour train from Wadala Road to Bandra, in 1st class, between 9-9.30 am from Wadala to Bandra, and at 7.15 – 7.30pm from Bandra to Wadala.
I am very sad to say, I come standing, go standing, because non 1st class ticket holders occupy coach.
Hope you will take necessary action by providing TC in 1st class for checking.
This is so sad.
Sir, would request you to call up the helpline (as seen inside coach or listed here on this blog) and inform them immediately. I am sure they will take immediate action as railways are they are very helpful and active now compare to a decade back.
